Shaft (A) Needs to slip fit right into the rotor spline with least amount of backlash. Don’t just make it go in. When you are putting the cartridge insert vanes in the rotor slots at the cam ring. Turn the cartridge one whole revolution before you put it together with the bodies. This accounts for it not aligning up right with springs and guides. Put both rings and spacer with the case drain, look where the drain plug and ring are located at the bottom. And don’t turn it with the hole at the top. Also put in sleeves under the face of the body by .002/.006 inches. Black Triangle = STD 919873…….F3 919874 …..STD F3 Seal kit ref.
